Yes, many will even give you Lifetime subscriptions for very cheap, they will take your money and be gone.  Some sign you up to a site you don’t know of, usually a cheaper panel and you will get channels and those problems during the year but after 1yr you won’t have service at all and they’ll be gone. Watch out.  

They block a lot of traffic not just iptv streams, go to Advanced Security and disable it on your router, this will fix your stream problem. 

Yes,  You can use your connection on multiple devices, just not at once.   Example: you bought the 1 connection package. You turn off your TV at home when you leave and watch from your Samsung Phone. That’s fine.  

Inspect your router or modem and ensure they are plugged in. Restart both before reviewing the settings of each device that are running your IPTV subscription. If the problems persist, your ISP might be blocking traffic for IPTV. Try out another ISP or try your phone to see if it works with it.  If you live in a country where it’s being blocked then you will need a VPN.  

At times, you might endure buffering as a result of high traffic or slow speeds on the internet. If buffering issues are persistent, try holding down the “Pause” button for up to 15 seconds before resuming the movie. This often rectifies the buffering issue.

At last 20 mbps. The Internet must be stable. The more stable the internet, the clearer the high resolution quality of the images will be without lagging or disruptions.

No, you will not in most of the world.  Italy, Spain, Russia, Korea, China areas that are under restrictive internet protocols will most likely need a VPN but most of the world doesn’t.  

No, you will connect to your local server via Internet and you don’t need satellite equipment, just internet, whichever way you get it.  If you have Starlink, it works just as well. 

Yes,  24hour trials are available in limited amounts per day so you will be put on a list if you ask on a day where it’s at capacity. 

During the day, within minutes and if busy within a few hours.  Never beyond 12hours and that’s only because of time differences from different countries, so we allow ourselves 12hours to complete orders.  

Full refunds within 48hrs, please see refund policy for other conditions. We reserve the right to block customer IP’s for repeat refunders, i.e buying for a few days and refunding each week.

For now,  we can sell you one and ship via UPS if you don’t have one.  Please email us with shipping address and how many boxes you require and we’ll see what’s the most efficient and cheapest way to get it to you.  We can also send you an amazon link to preferred devices and you buy one and you set it up using our setup guides.
